Cancellation Policy: Booking can be cancelled 12 hours prior for all Airport Departure and Arrival reservations. We always request you to give 24 hours of notice. For cancellation policy for charter services, please call 925-227-1234. Should airport reservation is cancelled within 3 hours of the date and time of service the passenger or the billing contact will forfeit the full amount of contract or transfer. |

No Show Policy: No-Show will be charged at our full standard prices for the services arranged and/or requested. |

|
Payment Policy: All payments are due at the time of service. Payment can be made in cash, credit card or by a pre-approved private check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. In addition, Corporate Accounts can be billed on a semi-monthly basis. Invoices are due upon receipt. Please note, as per industry standards 20% gratuity will be added to the final price quoted to you. The charge will be processed on the card provided after we deliver the services. |

Wait Time Policy: You will not be charged for the first 15 minutes at the Departure pick-up. After 15 minutes you will be charged at our half-hour rate as applicable. |
