Q.Where do I catch my ride at the airport? |
|
|
|
|
|
Pick up area varies from terminal to terminal, our staff will advise you as necessary. |
|

|
|
After you arrive at the airport, proceed to the baggage area to collect your luggage. Please call us at 925-227-1234 and our dispatcher will direct you to the pick up location at the airport. Pick up time is 5 – 7 minutes after we receive your call. Our Chauffeurs can also meet and greet you at the designated baggage claim area with a welcome sign displaying your name. This can be done only if arranged prior at your booking ($20 extra charges do apply). |

Q. Will I get a confirmation? |

Indeed, yes. All airport travel arrangements are being followed by a confirmation email. |

Q.How can I reserve a ride for my next trip? |

Too much to do? Never enough hours in the day? Trivalley Airport Service offers the convenience of a 24-hour reservation center. Just call 925-227-1234 and let us help you, or if you prefer, book online at eReservation. |

Q. How much do you charge for extra stop? |
|
|
|
|
|
We charge $20.00 for an extra stop in the same city, within a radius of 3 miles. |

|
|
|

Q.Do you have any Early Bird/Late Night charges? |
|
|
|
|
|
An additional $20.00 will be charged after the hours of 10.00 P.M. and before 5:00 A.M., for all reservations. This extra charge would be based on per hour incremental basis. For after mid-night pick up's, rates will still get adjusted on per hour incremental basis @ of $20/hr. |

Q.Would there be any surprises like hidden charges? |
|
|
|
|
|
No surprise at all. At Tri-Valley Airport Service, there is no hidden cost involved. When you make the reservation you are quoted a rate and that is your final cost except the gratuity. As per industry standards, 20% gratuity will be added to your final quoted cost for the trip. Please note, the added gratuity is to appreciate and motivate our chauffer's. |

Q. Can I smoke inside the vehicle? |
|
|
|
|
|
Tri-Valley Airport Service fleet does not allow smoking while service is being rendered. If during the drive client needs to smoke, our chauffeurs have been instructed to find a safe place to allow our client to do so. |
